1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EmailService China's email hosting services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

EmailService China provides professional email hosting services including:

• Custom domain email accounts
• Webmail access
• IMAP/POP3 access
• Spam and virus filtering
• Email forwarding and aliases
• Cloud storage for emails

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment and Billing

Our billing terms:

• Subscription Fees: Billed annually in advance
• Payment Methods: Credit cards, bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay
• Renewal: 30 days before expiry
• Refund Policy: Full refund within 30 days if service is unavailable
• Price Changes: 30-day notice before any price adjustment

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Send bulk unsolicited emails (UEMA violations)
• Engage in illegal activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or defame others

6. Service Availability

We commit to the following service levels:

• Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% availability (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Scheduled Maintenance: Maximum 4 hours/month, during off-peak hours

7. Data Backup

WYou are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or third-party actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on our Service are proprietary to EmailService China and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

EmailService China shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EmailService China harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Terms for account termination:

• By You: Cancel anytime with 30-day notice
• By Us: Termination for your violations
• Effect of Termination: Data deleted

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in Shanghai, China courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
