How to Set Up Your Email Account
This comprehensive guide will walk you through setting up your professional email account from scratch. Follow these steps to get your email up and running in minutes.
Step 1: Log in to Webmail
Visit our webmail portal at mail.emailservice.cn and log in with the credentials we sent to your registered email address. If you haven't received the login details, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Step 2: Complete Your Profile
Once logged in, navigate to Settings → Profile to add your display name, signature, and profile picture. A professional signature helps establish trust with your recipients.
Step 3: Create Email Folders (Optional)
Create folders to organize your incoming emails. Click on the folder icon and select "New Folder". Common folders include Archive, Sent, Spam, and Custom categories like Clients or Projects.
Step 4: Configure Email Client
To use email in desktop applications like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird, you'll need to configure IMAP and SMTP settings. See our detailed guide in the "Configure Email Client" section.
Pro Tip

Custom Domain Setup
Use your own domain (like @yourcompany.com) for a more professional email address. We handle the entire setup process for you.
How It Works
After purchasing a custom domain from any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.), simply provide us with your domain management account credentials. Our team will configure all the necessary DNS records for you - you don't need to manually edit any records.
What We Configure
- MX Records - Directs all your domain email to our servers
- SPF Record - Authorizes our servers to send email on your behalf
- DKIM Record - Adds cryptographic signature to verify email authenticity
- DMARC Record - Provides email authentication policy
Setup Time
DNS propagation typically takes 2-24 hours globally. Once complete, you can start using your custom domain email immediately.
